Short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• If you email us: your address and what you write.
• If you join the newsletter (coming soon): your email. Signup will run on Beehiiv, which stores it for us and may track opens and clicks. Every email will have an unsubscribe link. Beehiiv's policy: beehiiv.com/privacy.
• Basic visit data (browser, pages viewed) logged by our web host, Hostinger, for security.
• Quiz and debate picks stay in your browser. We don't save them.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some product links may be affiliate links. If you click one, the store (for example Amazon) may set a cookie to know we sent you. That store's privacy policy applies on its site. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Kids

BasketballPro is for fans 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us their info, email support@basketballpro.com and we'll delete it.

How we use it

To answer you and, once it's live, send the newsletter you asked for. We don't sell or rent your information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime, or email support@basketballpro.com to see, fix, or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, or the EU), you may have extra rights, and we'll honor them.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with disputes handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
